Our coffee is roasted in Winchester by the guys at “The Roasting Party”. They are speciality roasters, but with a difference. Whilst the coffee industry focusses on roasting for black espresso, their emphasis is on blended coffees with milk pairings. They roast to mellow acidity whilst still creating body and sweetness, crafting perfectly balanced, moreish flavours!!
